KCB offers tuition and revision programmes for all the modules of the Qualifying Programme (CGQP) examinations for the Chartered Governance Institute.

The programme is a dual qualification. Upon successful completion of the programme students will be awarded an MSc Governance from the University of Essex and GradCG status of the Chartered Governance Institute in the UK and Ireland (CGUIUK). Students with the relevant work experience will be able to apply for full chartered status.
A key benefit of the programme is that it allows students the opportunity to explore module topics in detail, enhancing their specialist knowledge and gaining expertise within their field of interest.
CGI Certificate in Corporate Compliance and Governance
This CGI certificate programme is designed for individuals working within the company secretarial department or share registration, providing students with a knowledge and practical understanding of the key areas within their roles.
This is a Level 4 qualification, equivalent to the first year of a first-year undergraduate degree.
With the Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance, you’ll develop your awareness of your legal obligations and best practice. Crucially, you’ll learn to interpret the frameworks underlying corporate governance law – so you can support good governance practices and effective stakeholder dialogue in your organisation.
Aimed at established governance professionals, this level 6 qualification is an equivalent level to the final year of a degree. You’ll find the course content relevant whether you work in the private, voluntary or public sectors.
